Our room was tiny, in spite of it being a suite. The bed was way too hard, and the room was dusty. To top it all off, the TV only offered MOD which gave you access to a limited variety of unpopular channels and outdated movies. The staff was friendly and helpful but lacked knowledge of sightseeing around Alishan. The best thing about our stay was probably the bathtub, as well as the lovely tea and toiletries in the room.

In general, it was pretty cozy and relax. The only problem was that the breakfast choices and selections were strange, for example like rice with chicken curry but combined with a cold chocolate bum? I’m sure you guys can make it better and should have pay a bit attention on food and local recipes.

Nice and big hotel, the entrance was big and wide, staff was very friendly, didn’t have a chance to try their morning breakfast but should be good.nRoom was also big, sound prof was good, no noise even though we live so close to the drive way but no sound.nBathroom was super huge aswell, but could add more light if possible.nParking was very convenient, cause is just right next to it, walking distance 1 min, parking 1 and 2.nOverall very good experience, also like their deco, will definitely stay again in the future.

One of the nicest hotels in which I have ever been! Very friendly and proffesional stuff!nThe rooms, the floors, the lobby, the roof bar... is very very stylish and modern! It is just amazing!nThe bar at the top of the building has a great view and offers also an amazing swimming pool!nThe breakfast is very delicious and the food is served absolutely presentable!nIt feels like a 5 star hotel, but is a 3 star one!nThe only sad part what I can say about the place is, that next to the building you can see that some people live purely and struggle for their daily life. I really hope for them, that with more work brought from external companies, they will get a better life conditions.
