A lovely boutique hotel nicely decorated. The hotel room was very comfortable and spacious. Our room has a big balcony with a scenic Mountain View. Everything was spotless clean. The lobby area was very welcoming and the friendly staff made the check in experience easy and swift. They have a public area on the 7th floor with all kinds of candies and snack and drinks. With games and plenty of sitting areas for the guests to chill and mingle. I do want to point out that the location is a bit outside of the city center, so make sure if this is OK with your preferences.

Spacious room, nice and clean, loved the jacuzzi. Bed was comfortable, I had a great sleep. Suites with its own parking lot was a plus.nExcept one thing, bathroom and toilet were connected together but without dry/wet separation. Therefore if you need to go to the toilet after shower, you’ll wet your feet every time. Quiet uncomfortable and inconvenient.

Very rarely am I compelled to write a review about a stay I had at a hotel. However, of the many hotels I've stayed at, the Sun Dialogue had some of the best value. The building is located in a nice quiet neighborhood where there is onsite parking. I stayed at a room in a villa annex where there was a garage specifically for my vehicle!nnThe purpose of my trip to Chiayi was to view an annular solar eclipse. My original plan was to go somewhere else to watch it, but the hotel staff told me that there was a 7th floor viewing balcony. The balcony itself is beautiful, offering a gorgeous panorama of Chiayi City. What's more is that there are free snacks and beverages that you can enjoy. Many of the snacks are ones reminiscent of growing up in Taiwan.nnDuring the day, there's also tea at the front desk, as well as newspapers and reading material for you to enjoy. The bed was comfy, which, to me, is the most important part of staying at a hotel, after all.nnI plan to return to the Sun Dialogue on subsequent trips to the City of Chiayi. I really enjoyed my time there!

Very new clean hotel, I requested some toys in the room for my daughter and they did what I have requested, once arrived, they have some snacks and teas for guest, it was amazing ud83dudc4d. Big room too and breakfast was great as well.nnMy daughter enjoyed to small tent and a rocking horse, thank you for that too.nnWhen we checked out they even gave us a apple ud83eudd17
