I've been here several times with a friend. I've never bought anything due to several reasons: First, the products are overpriced or priced inconsistently. Second, there are few products that are practical or useful for my fault life needs. Third, the emphasis on Japanese only products is very limiting and contributes to the above results. Fourth, the layout of the store is illogical with many bottleneck areas that result in cruising. Finally, there is NO customer service and the personnel staff is not friendly or accommodating.

The space is large and there are many items. I hope that some of the products sold in Taipei can also be purchased.
