I just wanted to buy bread in this shop. When a customer and his child were buying bread in the shop, he accidentally knocked down the macarons in cups in the shop. As a result, two cups fell on the ground, one of them was The lid opened, the macarons inside fell out, and the other was intact. As a result, the customer paid for the overturned cup and even bought a lot of bread. In the process, the lady in the shop did not respond at all. I look very upset. In my years of experience in the service industry, this is a failure. The guests are not rascals! Although it is not my business, the whole process is dumbfounded. Such service staff will not bring more wealth to the company. This kind of response will affect even me. I feel that the service staff’s attitude is not good and they don’t want to buy it. The layout of the bread is prone to disputes, and customers can easily knock over or fall on the floor if they are not careful, making the shopping environment stressful
