Gaoxiongshixinxingqudatong Elementary School

If you are and expatriate in 高雄 but want your child to get a base in Chinese, this is the perfect school. I have never encountered a Public school which has the access to the resources and campus size but enjoys the advantages of an intimate community (Class size tops out at 24 and they have approx. 2 classes per year! I KNOW!) EVERYONE from teachers, administrators to the crossing guard have been super welcoming and accommodating to our second grader who transferred in mid-year.nI do not exaggerate that I feel like this elementary school is the best kept secret in Taiwan and the crazy thing is that it's 1) public and 2) it accepts kids from all over Kaohsiung.

Decent school.
