Kaohsiung's first noodle

We had the very popular Beef Tomato Noodle Soup and a Dumpling Noodle Soup. The taste and flavour of the soup was good and the beef has more flavour compared to the soup which is a match. Dumplings had a very distinct ginger flavour, i would say too strong for my liking. While the noodles i believe it could be cooked for a little longer as it doesnt have that usual soft chewiness to it, rather, more like the two ends of the noodle are soft and the middles have a more like hard chewiness to it.nnI will have to mention that the people working at this restaurant were wonderful and helped us alot in making sure we understand what we are ordering from the menu. It is very clean inside and during this hot summer day, they have aircon as well, which allowed us all to fully relax and chill and enjoy our meals.

It tastes terrible, the noodles taste good, the tomato soup is genuine, refreshing and not oily, the beef is delicious, the mustard is sweet, I love the knife-cut noodle shop, which is a little bit late. The shop is very kind and will frequent it in the future.

The sliced ​​noodles are Q-jin, and the dumplings are also good. There are a lot of ingredients for the hot and sour soup, but the taste is neither sour nor spicy, and the cucumber is too sweet.

The noodle Q is chewy and the soup is light. It tastes smooth and salty. It has a slightly sweet and sour tomato. The beef tomato is very sour and not softened. It should be boiled separately and added so the tomato soup is not very tasty. Beef has a chewy texture, but it is not as good as firewood, and the tendon is not so hard that it is just right to bite.nThe hot and sour soup is not my personal favorite. The strong white acetic acid has a strong salty taste. After a sip of the soup, I can't stand it and start drinking water. I didn't ask the store to add pepper, so it was not spicy at all.nConclusion: I think tomato beef noodles are suitable for light dieters, and hot and sour soup is suitable for heavy taste dieters
