Eslite Spectrum Ximen Store

Typical Eslite experience- great selection although smaller store - and nice upper level cafe.

The staff at the boutiques are friendly & helpful but those at the info counter & bookstore aren't; they were kinda impatient.

Big store but I hoped for more selection of English novels.

Place is clean, calm and quite cosy. Service wasnt always up to my expectation, it realky depends on who is serving you. Would have expected all the employees got the same training programme. Hope I'll have more luck than my last visit next time. My first time there the lady at the counter really did everything for one of the book i ordered to be sent to their store from the south of thw island asap and gave me various good advices on their latest similar items.
