Took more than half an hour just to process a certificate of a personal stamp, not to mentioned waited almost an hour for service. The case was handled by a male with blue jacket, Oct.5 noon time. Totally incompetent.

I came to apply for the ID card for the second time and was returned because of the photo problem for the first time. Before I went today, I told the lady who had handled it for me that they would go there. When I waited for me at the scene, another lady who was going to handle it for me pushed over there. The matter was for another lady who was still doing other business, and kept saying that he didn't want to help the lady who had returned me with this matter? Later, he left the counter and ran to chat with the lady who was drawing the number ticket?nToday, I stand in the position of a guest and don’t ask to be polite. I just hope you can finish my business as soon as possible, instead of letting me wait there and listen to you to talk about these things.
