Nice reception with free stuff (including stuff they collected in rooms from previous room inhabitants - ew). But the reception is not always manned! The room looked amazing and modern, but it was disgustingly stuffy and stinky (no proper window and no ventilation). The cleaning lady left a cigarette in the bathroom. Also, however petty it may sound, I'd like to point out that the room didn't have sufficient power outlets...

Clean. Posh. Nice staff. Fun location (museums, parks, temples and botanical gardens all in walking distance.) It's also in a great area to get cheap food from smaller food vendors, and the 711 is just a block away.
Location is about 6 min walk from exit 3 of Ximen station. Easy to access. Very convenient for 24-hour supermarket because it is just a block away. Quiet area not like walking district of XimenDing. Room is spacious , staffs are very polite and helpful. You can easily get in touch with the staffs through line chat. If you are not comfortable with soft mattress and pillows then here might not be your choice. Other than this , this is a very budget stay with good quality.
It's very clean and good location. But it's hard to get in the hotel before you got the room key.
