If you stay at a hotel nearby, the park is suitable for running in the morning (around 2-3 km) and you can see the birds and crab ud83eudd80 on the running route. But there are limited number of toilet and no water station. Every 600 metres, there is one exit/entrance.

Is a nice long walk or get a bike to go around it. Amazing view of sunset

The riverside by the entrance has dried up, and the space is reserved for homeless people shelter. Need to walk further into the park to see the waters
