After the end, my friend left the room first and accidentally took away his belongings with the hair dryer. When I left the room, when the counter checked, it only said that the hair dryer was missing. I also bet the money there at the moment, and returned it immediately after I retrieved the hair dryer from my friend. I checked out at around 11:57 and found that the hair dryer was missing. I immediately contacted my friend and put 430 yuan at the counter. I returned the hair dryer at around 12:35 and got the deposit back. After I confirmed that everything was resolved, I left and picked up at 13:47. An incoming call said that the hotel had lost the tissue paper box. At 15:26, I received a text message saying that the tissue paper box should be returned before 17:00 or the police would call the police. I called back to the hotel and explained that there was no act of stealing, but the staff at the counter insisted that my friend took it away, but the hair dryer was missing. At the moment, I and the counter lady went back to the room to confirm. At the moment, I looked around the room to find if the hair dryer was quilted or not. While the pillow was blocking, there was a tissue paper box. The lady at the counter did not say that the tissue paper box was missing, only the hair dryer. The other party even threatened to report to the police, saying that we had theft. After dealing with them on the phone, the other party suddenly changed their words and said that they don't need to call the police. I complained all the way to the customer service unit of your hotel. As a result, the response of the unit staff made me speechless. I kept emphasizing that my friend "accidentally" took the toilet paper box together without noticing it? But we never took away the tissue paper box from start to finish, and we have been trying to add crimes and we have no sincerity in handling customer complaints. Even the customer service unit said that they would contact me the next day. So if you are staying in this hotel, please ask the staff at the counter to check carefully when you check out, and you should also record whether there are any missing items in the room to avoid receiving such inexplicable complaints. Moreover, no customer service has contacted us to apologize or contact us so far. This is probably the worst experience I have ever stayed in many hotels in my life, and I will never go to stay in the future. The location is next to the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Station in Taipei Main Station. The transportation is really convenient. There are McDonald's and Starbucks downstairs, so the living functions are convenient. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the room is well-lit, clean and has no odor. The breakfast is taken to a nearby coffee shop. The staff at the counter is very good. The CP value is very high. I will stay again next time.
