Seniors smoke and ride their motorcycle on the sidewalk. They charge right at you and expect you to yield as if you are in the wrong as a pedestrian to walk on the sidewalk. This happens everyday and the police isn't doing anything about it. Absolutely uncivilised.

It's a full city block. There's people all around having a good time, a playground of happy children and the place is well-tended. What's not to like?
