Not a workable place that I was looking for, but a great community/neighborhood chatting space for adults, elders of the area to hagn out at. Wifi, spaciousness, both not its strength, but offers good coffee, sweets, and a hospitable vibe at the counter. :)

Generally speaking, the only advantage is that there are ashtrays at the two tables outside the door.
