Stayed in a double room which was spacious and included a private balcony. The location was also convenient. The mattress was quite firm but not the worst we've encountered in Taiwan. We had to phone the number on the door in order to check in even though we arrived at the appropriate time which was a minor inconvenience.
Great price value of money. Good location. More spacious than expected
Accidentally left some personal belongings in the lobby after checking out and leaving the city. Yvette (the host) was kind enough to ship them to Taipei for me, expediting the shipment since I was heading back to the US in a few days. She did not charge me anything even though I offered to pay her back! I am truly thankful.
Good location. Full of food in this city. There is so much to do, recommend to stay at least 5days in this city.
Hard bed, they did not have bath towels. Just facial towels. You'll have to use those after bath. I asked the staff but they said they don't have those. I wonder what they use after taking a bath.
