room is very cozy and the hotel has the atmosphere for family trip, also with the help yourself washing machine is very convenient, receptionist was very friendly and helpful
Very good hotel with exceptional friendly and helpful staff. The hotel got good rooms and restaurant and Starbucks and attached an shopping mall. It's located at the park which is really nice to walk in. I choose this for business as I work in nantou which is 30 min drive. Taichung holiday inn Express is located at an prime location with shopping areas around the corner, and restaurants and public transportation.. very recommendable hotel.
This place is clean, quiet, and has parking for your car. The rooms are a good size and beds are comfortable. A very good value.

Really friendly and attentive front desk service. The rooms are nice and faces Taichung station. The only downside is the gym, overly simplified and not well supplied. The breakfast is in an open area of the mall. Good selections and dining environment. Overall, for the price paid, I highly recommend this place.
