Near train station and to everything. Affordable. Nice and accomodating front desk, smiles often and assists needs efficiently. Room is okay. Serves free coffee at lobby and can leave luggage at lobby even after checking out.

A pretty good location with all the convenience shop nearby despite the building is a bit old.
Walls had splatter stains, tiny room, could loudly hear toilet flush from the guests above, staff was... functional. And who calls at 10:12am to remind of an 11am checkout? Showerhead cradle broken. At least the water got hot and the sheets were clean.
Good location, small rooms, friendly staff. Had to let the water run for 5 minutes before getting hot water.
