Poor hygiene, the neighborhood smoke all day and noisy, toilet is good, the desk is too short and not comfortable. A stranger man knock my door at 11 PM and he said he found the wrong room. Overall the impression is bad and mostly is because of quality of the customers

The room is fine, standard...stayed there for 2 nights. The price is cheap, and also can get street food coupon from them..but receptionist attitude was bad..no smiley face like others Taiwanese.

The Quad room (for 4 people) is spacious. There are four single beds, two televisions, one fridge. Hair dryer, liquid soap, shampoo, cleansing milk are provided. The room is clean and new. Breakfast is included, starting from 7-10 am. Staff are friendly and helpful, but speak mainly in Chinese only. Overall, very good hotel with reasonable price.

We loved the convenience of this location.stayed in this pets hotel for 2 nites together with my 2 daughters nd cat.nnFront desk staff(Ms方) was friendly. housekeeping cleaning of room was excellent, Am amazed at how well they keep the place clean!(the beds are super comfortable).nnWe hve enjoyed our stay at this pets hotel....nIf u r planning a trip w/ur pets in Kaohsiung,i strongly recommend this pets hotel,u won't be disappointed.nThanx 4 making our holiday great.nn#601 Shawn Lee

Family travel. The air conditioning is dripping wet and the TV isn't work. I do believe the hotel is nice and with good serve. But the room isn't prepared.
