Room is big but there’s no lifts for you so if you’re bringing your luggage, you’ll have to carry your luggage all the way & climb up the stairs. Overall okay.

LOVELY HOTEL!!! 6-7 min walk from Central Park MRT station. service was impeccable, our 2pax room got upgraded to a hugeeeeee 4pax room as we had a long stay there. great hospitality too. highly recco!

Good and convenient place to stay. The host is very friendly. A night hawker street is just opposite the hotel. Thumbs up.

Clean bed and cozy room price is affordable

As soon as I entered the homestay, the smell of smoke was very heavy. I did not expect the room to be more exaggerated. I felt that the whole room was a smoking room. The toilet smelled stronger. Then I responded to the hotel until noon the next day. Then I told me that the previous guest smoked. Didn’t the cleaner find the smoke? Do you think such a room can live in? The counter had to confirm with the housekeeper after a day before we changed the room. The toilet drain hole was not cleaned. I felt that the entire cleaning manpower was insufficient. There was only one person in the room. The sweeping was not clean at all and the soundproofing was extremely poor on the fifth floor. I can hear the refrigerator on the third floor and there will be strange noises from time to time in the middle of the night and I am scared to say that I will never come to live again. There is no quality customer service mechanism and it is terrible. If you want lung cancer, you can come and live.
