There are markets, banquet halls, black floats (brunches, dinners, coffee desserts...), book fairs, street performances...the MRT can be reached, and there is also IKEA next to it. It is suitable to go alone or go for a family trip.

The shopping mall caters to mainly food. Have many options to eat food, many restaurants are available, coffee shops , library, grocery store, florists and a movie theatre. Very good place to see and spend time.
