I really loved my dinner here - the steak was gorgeous. When I got here and had a zero idea what beer to order the waitress was so kind to give me the introduction of each kind of beer they have. In Hsinchu I haven't seen such a nice service for a while. + Next time I am going to bring my dog - the place is also is pet friendly.

This was a very disappointing experience from a place that came recommended from friends.nnA party of 6 who arrived at 6:00 when it wasn’t busy, ordered 5 steaks and 1 pasta. One steak was never served. When we asked about it, we were first told it was already brought. Then once they realized they forgot to bring it, they offered a larger steak to replace it. One problem, it was 45+ minutes after all the other food was served and everyone was done. We told them to just take it off the bill and we would leave as we had a schedule to keep.nnThen, time to pay. My streak was ordered at 10oz but was charged at 12.5oz. Typically I will be fine if the cut is bigger, but if you’re charging me 25% more, have the courtesy to come tell me.nnA very poor experience when we were gathering to celebrate with friends. Food good, service and attitude have a lot of room for improvement.

Great place to meet with friends in a super relaxed atmosphere. The food and drinks are really good and the service is on point. Definitely recommend this place for a casual place to meet up.
