I have to start from the point when I entered the property, I asked the person responsible for check-in to look for my booking, she very rudely without even checking said that there was no booking as such. It took me more than 15 mins just to make her watch my phone screen to check booking details.nSecondly, I was given no details about the room and how it works. For example, the lights are operated by the telephone kept beside the bed. I called reception to ask about the same, same rude reply was given to me as before. Finally, two girls were sent to my room to let me know about how lights are operated.nThirdly, due to some reason after checking in and paying for the room in full amount I get a message from my booking partner, booking.com that my booking has been cancelled by the property.nnThese all things add up for me to give this bad review.nSuggestions- do not creep out your guests, maybe be a little more helpful and welcoming instead of being rude.

I go to live for 1,980 yuan a night on weekdays. The wooden floor is very slippery. It is dangerous to wear socks. Few car trips have an oven. The satisfaction rate is 70-80. The price is reasonable. Disadvantages: The floor is available when there is no wardrobe. A sticky place may be dripping with soup from a customer's food! The breakfast is an a la carte set meal which is not bad.
