I have already booked a room at agoda, but when I checked in at about 8:30 in the evening, I was told that there was no room and the counter processing attitude was also very negative. I actually asked us what to do. After we insisted, we called to ask others. Is there any room in the hotel? Even if there is no room, we will take their attitude. In the end, we only took a business card and asked us to tell the hotel director. This attitude is really dumbfounded!
