We just went there once for breakfast and it was too crowded. First the queue of cars at the drive blocks the entrance to the parking lot, which is quite a bad design. Then, we waited for a table, and had to wait to order, at least 15 min. The food was okay, but the packaging clearly suffered from the rush or fatigue of those preparing the orders. There are other McDonald's in Zhubei, which provided me with a much better experience (the one in Carrefour or the one on Sanmin road for example) but maybe it's just bad luck that day.

Staff did not calculate the price as a set for burgers and drinks, instead calculated them separately. Poor service.
