This is next to the North Gate Shopping Mall, close to the Mazu Changhe Palace. After the city hall was rebuilt, it retains an oversized banyan tree with a different hill and game space. There are also places for elders to meet.

An unmanaged park spends so much money and no one manages it. It is dangerous to let children ride bicycles to trample on the grass. Running is dangerous. What is the purpose of setting up this kind of park?
