The seats recline quite far back. It wasn't crowded, even during the school winter vacation when I took my kids to watch a movie. Staff spoke good English, and went out of their way to make sure I was ok. It was also the only theatre in Taichung that offered the English version (Of This Particular Movie) for the early morning show. Overall an enjoyable experience. Food was expensive though, and the popcorn options were limited.

Cheap and quick

Went during the week day to watch Maleficent 2. Movie theatre was clean and spacious.
