今天是辦理薪轉帳戶跟個人網路銀行，個人覺得處理過程體驗非常好，空間不擁擠窗明几淨氣氛和緩舒心，行員品妤的服務耐心相當優秀。因為在服務我的同時還需要她還需要負責接待外賓、量體溫，櫃內門口兩邊跑；另外我大概能明白為什麼有差評了，我想應該是營運方式還未完全整合周全，所以在進行線上作業的同時還需填寫不少重複性的紙本資料，再加上網路系統的運行不是十分穩定，我三不五時會發生閃退導致資料需要從頭來過。整段申請我大概花了一個半小時，前面iLEO我大概過了二十分鐘，我都開始不耐煩了，但是行員情緒居然還能持續保持穩定，這很厲害耶！雖然我覺得有點像是在哄小孩，但是這樣我確實沒什麼發火的衝動。另外，趕時間的用戶我覺得可能需要有些準備，因為服務我的行員工作做得確實很仔細，兩個APP+網頁版、LINE官方轉帳訊息確認設定等等等介面功能的說明大概就用去半個鐘頭，SSL密碼、發票載具轉移等一些常用的工具處理好後又是半個鐘頭了。但是這確實讓我弄清楚了「那麼多的功能我該如何著手使用？」，這時間我是覺得花的滿值得。

The same payment service can be completed within 5 minutes when you go to Taiwan Bank, and can be completed within 10 minutes when you go to the post office, but it takes more than half an hour to wait for the number to be called. The customers in the back are still waiting, but the clerk is still hitting the Abel Assan in front. Don’t complain that your staff is busy when you’re not done. Instead, you should review your work attitude for any problems.
