今天是辦理薪轉帳戶跟個人網路銀行，個人覺得處理過程體驗非常好，空間不擁擠窗明几淨氣氛和緩舒心，行員品妤的服務耐心相當優秀。因為在服務我的同時還需要她還需要負責接待外賓、量體溫，櫃內門口兩邊跑；另外我大概能明白為什麼有差評了，我想應該是營運方式還未完全整合周全，所以在進行線上作業的同時還需填寫不少重複性的紙本資料，再加上網路系統的運行不是十分穩定，我三不五時會發生閃退導致資料需要從頭來過。整段申請我大概花了一個半小時，前面iLEO我大概過了二十分鐘，我都開始不耐煩了，但是行員情緒居然還能持續保持穩定，這很厲害耶！雖然我覺得有點像是在哄小孩，但是這樣我確實沒什麼發火的衝動。另外，趕時間的用戶我覺得可能需要有些準備，因為服務我的行員工作做得確實很仔細，兩個APP+網頁版、LINE官方轉帳訊息確認設定等等等介面功能的說明大概就用去半個鐘頭，SSL密碼、發票載具轉移等一些常用的工具處理好後又是半個鐘頭了。但是這確實讓我弄清楚了「那麼多的功能我該如何著手使用？」，這時間我是覺得花的滿值得。

Don’t complain that your staff is busy when you’re not done. Instead, you should review your work attitude for any problems.
