I generally have had positive experiences here but I called ahead of time and confirmed that they had a 3080 and monitor for sale. They said yes.nnUpon arriving I was told I could only buy the GPU if I bought a full PC despite spending almost 26,000 NTD on a monitor. I repeatedly asked if there was a way to find out if that was the case, when new cards came in, be on a waiting list etc.nnI was told to come back next year. Really disappointing. I've spend well over 200,000 NTD in the last year here so to be able to see the product available and yet not get it is pretty lame. As a regular customer I will most likely turn elsewhere.nnEven then, I understand, the parts are rare and my Chinese isn't the best, but at least tell this information on the phone or list it next to the item on the website so you don't spend 30 minutes driving to be disappointed!nnReally disappointed. I love the staff and customer service I've received in the past but as a regular spender here, it was pretty disappointing. It's not about the availability of a part so much as the lack of communication.

Probably a good selection but I prefer a shop where you can browse through the inventory, and most stuff here is on the shelves behind the counter or you have to ask for it by name

態度極差阿n如果有零星連一顆都不想打n奉勸各位寧願去台中也不要來彰化受氣n不知道欠店員多少錢 臉臭的跟什麼一樣n東西直接丟在桌上uff0c螢幕還差點掉到地上uff0c還當沒事n問問題uff0c就說看我們自己n好吧uff01可能專業度不夠回答我問題吧!所以叫我自己想
