Online customer service education and training are very inadequate, and the consumer experience is extremely poor. Originally, the goods were sent directly for payment, but the customer service told me that the goods were too large and asked me to change the delivery. But, what I bought is smaller than a mobile phone... Are you kidding me? The follow-up response from the customer service is also very irritating, and the unsuitable message is clearly conveyed between the lines. Please let a more suitable person take this seat, thank you.
