Hotel Relax III

The service is excellent from the time of booking until end of stay 🤩 The staffs were so efficient and responsive on LINE. Basically I booked a corner room for 2-weeks quarantine. The staffs were professional in handling our luggage upon arrival. The room was well-prepared in clean and tidy condition with open street view and fresh air through the window. Over the stay, the staffs kept in contact with us on LINE, a quick way to let them know our needs and notification from them as well. Besides, the Google assistance helped out to do the small tasks and talked with 🤪 I recommend to people who is considering a hotel for quarantine. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Thanks again for the great help from the staffs! 🥰

We came home and chose here for our quarantine hotel as we can go to the station easily when we get out. Overall we definitely love here. Staffs are so friendly when we have any requests. Food is good. Room is bright and bathroom has nothing to complain. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who needs to suffer 14 days for quarantine

Very nice and clean room, love the window seat design! Service is amazing as all staff members are great and very helpful. Also, really love the additional feature of having a Google home mini on the wall! Really enjoyed the stay! Overall, I had a really pleasing experience and would definitely recommend this to friends and families.

I came back home from Japan after six years living abroad. I have chosen this hotel as my quarantine hotel and I'm so glad of my decision. The room was big enough even for exercising, the window seat feature was brilliant (to stay sane 🤣) and the staffs were all so accommodating and lovely. Water pressure obviously perfect, walls not too thin so you don't have to worry about noise from nextdoor. The hotel was located in a great location where you get tons of choices for food deliveries and don't worry the staff will bring your orders right to your door. Meals are great and sometimes they offer fresh fruits as well 👍 Overall it's a pleasant stay and I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who's planning a quarantine but also in future your trip to Taipei xx.

Back to Taiwan from Canada, and have chosen this hotel for the quarantine! The 14 days are hard; however, they have accommodated every request from me to make my days smooth! The staff there are like family and friends aboard! They care about you and being super helpful! I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to travel to Taipei!
