Although their rooms have been remodeled, it is still pretty small and very noisy. I would rather spend a bit more to get a better quality place to stay.

Cheng Ching Lake is the largest lake in Kaohsiung City in Taiwan. It supplies the drinking water for the population of the entire city of Kaohsiung. I grew up in this city and loved it. I remember I used to ride a bicycle to the lake to read and watch sunset after school. It is a paradise in a busy hustling and bustling city. The locals like to come here in the early morning starting at 4:30am. The locals would come here to breathe in fresh air, listen to the birds chirping, frogs singing, and stroll around the lake. Around midday, the young people would come here to play games and barbeque. This is a lake park that suit different ages and allow several generations of people in a family for an outing. It even has kids' playground. A very versatile lake park. It is a must-visit place when you come to Kaohsiung Taiwan. Have fun!! Enjoy the city where I grew up and fell in love with!!!
