Staff members were cheerful and very helpful. Thank you to Julier especially for helping make my booking online especially they were in Mandarin. And she make the most delicious cocktail.

excellent clean room, friendly people and good location for traffic.

I have been staying in this hotel for the 3rd time already, convenient to attend the FAClassroom Seminar. The staffs are super nice, really all of those I have encountered, all 3 times. The room are okay, clean. Last stay was in a room with no window ~~ I reckon this is not the best, room feel small. On the last stay as well, the bathtub wasn't cleaned: hairs left on the side. The location is very convenient for food or shopping or foot massage! Wifi is a little slow and they don't have plugin option.

good location, friendly staff and good Hotel

Great lpcation, close to Taipei Main Station and underground shopping area. Beds are comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great place to.stay and explore taipei.
