我是在2019簽約購買的，交屋日期是2023.03,但是聽說更早購買的人，交屋日期是2022.03；本來以為應該是真的可以在2023.03可以完工交屋,但是沒想到聯上最近居然又一聲不響地！私自把交屋日期延到了2024.03，而且售價一直調漲，也不斷地蓋其他新物件，也沒有意思要對捷星住戶做出合理的解釋和賠償說明！這樣對嗎？

旁邊比你晚蓋的建案都蓋完了，捷運之星都還沒出土，從預計完工要現在日期壓到2024年，整整要讓住戶等6年是怎樣？
