If there is a problem with the room equipment, you should inform it before you enter the room, not after you enter the room. The guests only say sorry that the room is fullnThe attitude of the staff at the counter is not good because during the Chinese New Year, they are afraid that the children will be transferred to the adult channel by mistake. Call the counter and ask if we can help turn off the adult channel in our room. The counter lady answered that I can’t help because we are. If you can’t turn off the motels, it doesn’t mean that all motels will not work. Many motels will help turn off the adult channels in the room if needed.nTrouble with counter staff coping with advances and retreats, please train well before letting them come out to face the guests
