The school was founded on August 1, the 45th year of the Republic of China. It was the branch of the Tainan County Zengwen Middle School. The first branch director, Mr. Liu Xiaowen, planned to create a school and had a hard time. Thanks to the help of the government and local enthusiasts, the school foundation has been laid. On August 1st, the Republic of China, the branch was appointed as an independent and named "Tainan County Xiaying Junior High School", and Mr. Li Zhaoxu was the first principal. In the 57th year of the Republic of China, the first president of the Republic of China, Jiang Gongdezheng, implemented the nine-year state religion and officially named it "Tainan County Xiaying National Middle School".
