生日老婆挑選的無菜單餐廳uff0c從台北一路來到宜蘭慶生ud83cudf82讓人滿心期待❤ufe0fn一樓是酒館uff0c我們很早就到了uff0c只是不曉得可以先進去所以在附近晃晃。n時間到了後我們進去了才知道原來是先在一樓等待然後老闆會介紹自然酒的沿革讓人吸收新知還不錯ud83dudc4dud83cudffbn接著就依照順序上樓用餐uff0c我們是第三組上樓的uff0c可以近距離欣賞師傅鐵板料理的位子還沒人挑於是趕緊入座ud83dude0cn其實整體用餐下來還可以uff0c但真的不到我會給五顆星的程度uff0c平心而論我覺得有優點有缺點希望以下的建議若能夠改善會更好。。。ud83dude4fn1.擋板可以再高個幾吋這樣客人比較不會被油噴到、或是整個水杯裡都是油漬n2.整個飯局下來個人認為鐵板師傅最盡責uff0c無論鐵板與烹調技巧uff0c鐵鏟絕不輕易敲到鐵板的細心我們都感受的到uff08我們夫妻都是餐飲人uff09uff0c但讓人比較尷尬的是整間店的服務人員好像分兩派一派很認真一派很瀟灑uff08對比上很明顯而且容易失去專業感uff09n3.某服務人員一直在用手機uff0c手機細菌很多是否應該更專注在服務上uff1f且多次觀察收盤時連同客人使用過的衛生紙也會收走是蠻貼心但切記要洗手消毒而不是直接再接著上其他客人的菜ud83dude23n4.個人認為開放式廚房客人目光所及之處都是種服務uff0c但一個在洗碗一個從後面環抱的光景真的不太好。。。ud83dude12n5.雖是壽星但並沒有接受老闆建議而點酒因為要開車uff0c而同場次某組客人既有點酒又有點龍蝦uff0c服務上就有很明顯的落差。做生意的遇熟客或單點客有賺頭我們也明白uff0c但有一點我們真的非常不悅uff01老闆應該勸導客人不要吸菸而非鼓勵客人什麼中場休息一起下去抽菸聊天ud83dude11回座後鄰座客人難道要吸三手菸uff1f同行者有孕婦呢大哥uff01uff01uff01nn我們非饕客也非美食評論家uff0c但要價1500+10%的菜色與服務應該更精進才對。當然無菜單料理的呈現因人而異uff0c但對於料理小有了解的客人應該不難發現其實整趟10菜下來沒有什麼是有特色或功夫菜的uff0c比較像是價格貴但吃起來還好的鐵板燒uff0c既然取名「私廚」又「無菜單」應該在菜色呈現上與擺盤與服務多用點心思uff0c細節處就算了可能我們比較怪吧才會觀察那些店家可能覺得有的沒的的事。。但菜吃起來看起來就單調又無趣所以我只能東看西看有沒有可以為您們加分平反的點呀。。。

The dining environment is comfortable, relaxed and happy, the wine is good, and the meal is simple and fresh. The whole thing is comfortable ud83dude0c all in one sentence: Don’t drive, enjoy the food and wine.

I feel like eating good ingredients with my family. I am very enthusiastic. You can feel the meticulous preparation and cooking of every dish. If you come to Luodong for a stay, I suggest you come and taste it.

The ingredients are fresh and delicious. Simple cooking and seasoning can fully taste the original flavor of the ingredients. The restaurant has a good atmosphere and the chefs are friendly and talkative. You can also buy a bottle of good wine downstairs and bring it upstairs to dine, a perfect match. The only suggestion is that I hope that the dining music can be a little slower and quieter to make it more comfortable. Definitely come again next time you visit Luodong.
