I wanted to do a 4 day trip in Taiwan. Originally, I was with another bike rental, but their bikes were too small and in poor condition. But they send me to James of auranden bikes, which was the best that could have happened to me. James arranged a bike for me, fitted it with click-pedals and light and gave me lots of useful advice for my trip. All that in only 1 hour. The bike was perfect. I had a great time. Thank you James!

Excellent place for bike rental. I rent a road bike here every time I am on business trip in Taipei. The bikes are in perfect condition. James is very service oriented and flexible. Bike delivery and pick up are arranged accommodating my schedule. I highly recommend this place!

My recommendation to rent a road bike in Taipei. Very kind staff and super service, also hotel delivery and pickup possible . Felt really well with the shop and the bike was nice, also bigger size frames available. And easy communication in English, also by LINE. Would come again.
