Good quality lounge with plenty of space to relax, work or have a meal.nGood choices with hot Dim Sum available cold options also to select from.nThere is a service bar at the back and soft drink, tea, coffee and beers as help yourself throughout the lounge.nPrivate computers available as well. Tables have multi converter power as well as USB.

Not offering a good selection of vegan/vegetarian options in Taipei lounge. Lounge deco are old and seatings have been worn out. For all the lounges I’ve been in, Taipei Cathay lounge has offered the dated feel every time I visited it. It needs an urgent renovation and new range of furniture. Check in staff’s services are shocking and chaotic.... few Marco Polo members standing in the checking line with one counter opened and 4 staff members standing, talking and laughing amongst themselves until called by the supervisor to assist passengers. Cathay standard has slipped to all time low. Have been flying with Cathay for years.... sad and very disappointed to see once the world leading airline has falling behind further and further. When asking the check in personnel about one world ruby benefits in comparison to Marco Polo, I was shocked at her response that I’m ‘only’ the one world ruby, no benefits whatsoever, unless I’m the gold, emerald...., can’t even begin to repeat her advises about oneworld ruby members here. Passengers were treated accordingly. If I fly business class, greeted with smiles by everyone. Once I traveled by economy, they don’t even look you in the eyes and had almost been sent to the economy section to check in until I got my ‘green’ Marco Polo card out to show the ground staff to allow the check in ‘privilege’....... A successful company would not treat customers the way these ground floor staff are treating passengers in Taipei, that’s for sure.

Quite a great airport lounge. Asian airport lounges are quite good and this certainly meets expectations.

Very nice airport lounge. Open to latest departure I believe, not 8:30pm.
