I am sorry but after mulling about it for 2 weeks after I parked there I have decided still to give it the lowest rating. The staff were sour-faced and answered my simple questions with rolling eyes and impatience.nnThe call to get the shuttle from the airport to the lot was answered impatiently (to continue the theme), with the operator saying that she had no idea at all how long it would take the shuttle to come. When it did eventually come (after about 10 minutes), it was only a small mini-can 7-seater. My family of four were lucky enough to get on but one of two other families had to continue waiting.nnThe fee was NT300 per day (for new year). The service level was far from matching the fee.

Close to TPE, free shuttle, ok price

Too busy esp people always has same flight. You have to leave your keys to them. Sometimes, I heard people cares about the scratch or safety but I am not fall into any issues for times.nyou can even asks them to do car wash. They will clean that up according your flight info and pick up time. Car wash fee varies by different credit card company.

Have parked here quite a few times while traveling abroad. Have to reserve ahead. Good staff and shuttle service.
