A conveniently located spot right outside Ruifang Station with a super cute interior. They have an electronic ordering system which makes it easy to get delicious treats no matter what language you speak.

The food quality is fine. However I’m very shocked by the lacking customer service. In Taiwan, the service is usually very friendly and respectful. Unfortunately, this lady was did not make us feel welcome even though we were the ONLY customers there. She raised her voice and was confrontational. We did not feel comfortable in this establishment and could not enjoy our beverages. The lady didn’t want us to have a seat in the coffee shop because she said that according the shop’s policy, we were supposed to have a minimum consumption amount of 60nt per person. We were 3 people and we ordered a total of 170nt. I don’t feel that it was fair to be treated this way considering we only had a 10nt difference and there was plenty of space to be seated. I really wish that the customer service can be improved because the coffee shop was a very nice place with great decoration. I hope other turists do not have the same experience I had here, because Taiwanese people are really nice people!
