The player I bought in this shop is broken, but I said that non-Datong products cannot be repaired. I directly call our manufacturer and ask us to contact us and send it to repair by ourselves. The service attitude is much different from the previous senior sales staff!nnFinally, we went to the National Electronics to inquire. Although it is not the product they sold, it can help us to send it for repair. I think this experience should not go to Datong for consumption in the future.

Panasonic TV, bought at Taishan store in Datong this year,nI bought it in August this year and it has been broken twice. After the three-year warranty, you have to buy another one after the three-year warranty. I can’t accept it. I want to return it.
