The only food outlet in the Taichung International terminal. I had a very nice tuna and cheese jaffle (toasted sandwich) and decaf green tea (sandwich set) for 100NT. They also have a range of other options western and Asian options. Comfy seating area and free wifi.

Terrible service the cashier guy is totally incapable, orders are not consecutive, you may wait 40mins and no seats.

The only restaurant in the international building, the taste can also be higher than the urban area, but it is quite patience to wait for the first half hour from buying tickets to taking meals.
