The Lalu Hotel

This is one resort hotel that you must visit when you're in Taiwan. Their suite rooms on 5-7 floors are spacious and modern. Full glass sliding door windows lead to private balcony. You have a full spectacular view of the Sun Moon Lake. Look down and you see the Olympic size infinity swimming pool and coi pond. Buy the package that includes dinner and breakfast. Their steak dinner and buffet breakfast are by themselves five stars. It's a beautiful resort hotel that will leave you good memories

It would be 5 stars but the Chinese food we had for dinner barely had any taste, it was probably the most bland Chinese food we've ever had. The breakfast buffet was okay. The restaurant and hotel however had exceptional service, and views were fantastic. Pool is not heated, so expect uninviting cold water if you want to swim at night.

My first-time,i am speechless. Since we only went there in the evening for dinner,so i didn't see the surroundings, but when we went at sun moon lake in the morning, i saw from below to your hotel and i was thought it was very nice place. the foods are quite palatable. and I'd love how you presented and well prepared the foods. Sorry to say this, the area that has water, it's dangerous especially in the evening, its very dark in that area, one of us fell from that water ,while were walking out after our dinner.

If you have the time, and you want to find a romantic place to enjoy yourself. Don’t squeeze into those tourist spots. Don’t waste your time. Get a cup of tea here and wandering downhill afterwards. You will be amazed!

The view is magnificent. The vibe is chill. The SPA here is relaxing. The Chinese restaurant of this hotel is of high quality, and dine with good lake view; the steam fish here is good.
