I'm a huge pasta fan and this small Japanese owned shop has some of the best authentic Italian style Pasta in Taipei for a relatively inexpensive price (300-350NT). The only issue for me is that there is only one pasta dish that is available every day (Lemon Pasta with Shrimps) and then there is one additional Pasta of the day. Since I don't like the Lemon Pasta too much it's always a bit of a gamble. The best Pasta choices in my opinion are Ragu, Tomato 3 Cheese and Squid.

Good service and tasty cake. They offer free gift to people who give 5 star review so I think the ratings may not all be authentic.
