One of the staff was super helpful, she was very careful with my inquiry which was admittedly rather complicated, and involved international postage rules. She listened well and answered all of my questions with lots of patience. She also wears lots of sparkly jewelry, which just made her seem really approachable. Ask for Tinghua or 庭華， I think is her name. Can't miss the sparkly jewelry!
