The Crystal Inn

Its good but the bathrooms dont have seperate space

At first we arrive we can’t find the main entrance to the hotel and there is a sign asking us to call upon arrival. Hotel is reasonable clean and new. This hotel is related to a nearby hotel called The Crystal Resort. We need to walk to this hotel for our breakfast and to our surprise the breakfast was superb with 5 star food. Will recommend friends to stay in the future.

This is a good hotel with a very good services. The staff here are friendly from my experiences. You can do you laundries using their washer and drier provided. The cost for the laundries is quite reasonable. The best part is this hotel is located very near the lake and the cable car.

(+)Very strategic hotel. Close to pier, visitor center, night market, convenience store, road, about 30minutes walk to cable car station. This hotel is branch of bigger hotel "Crystal resort" which located next to the pier. So you can enjoy the lake view when you come for breakfast. Overall this hotel is good, the decoration and layout is modern. I booked the quadruple room and feel satisfied. Eventhough the receptionist is not always stand by, i didnt find any difficulties to check in/check out. And when i was asking for baby bath tub, they provide it. This hotel also serve vegetarian menu for breakfast, just ask for it. The receptionist is very helpfull and friendly. (-)The room is good, all is included. But the toilet has no exhaust and no doormat. The shower room is too small. But it's fine, bright and very clean. I will come again or give recommendation to friends

I have stayed in the main building and staying in the other building is very bad. No staff on the first floor needs to contact the owner of the beverage shop outside to check in in the other building. Because there are no counters on the first floor, I feel that there will be safety concerns. The elevator does not require room card control. You can ride freely. The bed is hard to sleep well. It is suggested that you can change the accessories to a wall-mounted one, otherwise the hair is too long and it is not enough. There is no place to hang wet bath towels after taking a shower! Because the bathroom does not have a door, the air-conditioning must be turned on, otherwise the room is very humid. Breakfast has to be eaten in the hotel. There is no barrier-free ramp. The parking lot of the hotel is about 300 meters away. !
