I don’t want to give it a star. The delivery staff in Tainan East District (riding motorcycles) have a bad attitude. They hang up the phone, don’t pick up the phone, and then don’t call it. Very poor home delivery staff. They didn’t answer the customer’s phone calls. They just switched to their mobile phones, but their attitude was very poor and they hung up the customer’s phone calls. They wanted to complain to the head office and didn’t answer them. It’s really a company with the highest quality.

It really sucks! If the freight cannot find the address and will not call, it will be sent back directly! The customer service called me, but the driver kept calling me. The service attitude was really bad! Never seen such an inconscientious freight company!
