Nice place to enjoy nature and fresh air

Last train station of Jiji line. Popular tourists attraction. Used to be lumbering outpost so things to see are mostly related to wood. Fresh air and scenic view. Good to spend at least half a day here.

A cozy little town once famous for logging amd transitted to a tourist spot. Can look around for old trains, lumber storage pool, and climb up to the dam for view overlooking the whole town. Spent half day there or a whole day lay back are both recommend
