Apart from not really obviously located bathrooms on the parking lot, it's a cool relatively quiet place to chill with friends or family, have a few drinks or something to eat from the night market nearby. I personally enjoy it more in the evening with all the illumination but if you want to take photos it can be quite good looking at the daytime as well
