The office prepares the documents before sending it to the coordinator. Because it is the adjustment committee to discuss the medical expenses including compulsory insurance, we have to ask the property insurance company to transfer the compulsory insurance to us afterwards. Even we have learned from colleagues in other counties and cities that the content of the settlement book has been marked with compulsory insurance, so we just provided the cover of the passbook to the undertaker.
