I like going to Frank Taipei. Although the drinks are on the pricier side around 400NT, the entrance is free. The music is diverse and nice and you can choose to be inside or outside. And the bartenders are really nice

Feel the pulse of the nightlife in Taipei here! Good variety of drinks. Many sections to cater to different crowds. The view outside is not to be missed
